National Environment & Rural Development, a non-profit organization, is established with the objective of spreading awareness about the different segments of environment, like solid waste management, water conservation & pollution management and eco-friendly lifestyle with less carbon footprint. We aim to address environment related issues in cities to give pollution free environment to city dwellers and environment conservation initiatives in rural area. National Environment offers an open platform to everyone to join hands to work together to combat with environmental issues and reduce global warming.
As said by Wangari Maathai, the Kenyan social and environmental activist and the first African woman to win the Nobel Peace Prize, “You cannot protect the environment unless you empower people, you inform them, and you help them understand that these resources are their own, that they must protect them”, we at National Environment & Rural Development believe in sustainable development through self-empowerment. We intend to spread environment awareness, address environment related issues and work for conservation of natural ecosystem.
To bring the public together to work for green landscapes, blue water bodies and neat and clean human habitats.
